12 ONLINE CLASSES

Each class consists of a 75-minute asana practice with founder of Chromatic Yoga, Matt Giordano. Classes begin with a brief introduction to the technique or theme, followed by unique sun salutations, standing postures, a peak posture, cooldown, and Savasana.

When you sign up for online immersions, you get access to classes for life. You can rewatch as many times as you’d like. ALL classes are stored in your account here on theyogimatt.com. All you need to do is log in to your account, visit the My Courses Page, and click on the immersion.

Each class will begin as a livestream on theyogimatt.com. To access the livestream, you will simply log in to your account here and click on the immersion. You will see the livestream ready for you.

If you are attending the livestream classes, you will be able to use the live chat to ask questions, request a camera angle change, and say hello to the group! For post livestream questions, we have a private Facebook group for additional discussion.

What if I cannot attend the livestream classes? This is normal! The classes are livestream at first to provide the option to show up live, but ultimately the intention is to offer an on-demand package of classes that you can practice any time. After each livestream, you will have immediate access to the class and can watch it at any time that is convenient for you.

Matt‘s classes are phenomenal- if you ever have the ability to practice with him, make use of it!! He has a very unique talent of combining anatomy, yoga philosophy and his own perspective into a super intense package of knowledge which is fun AND easy to understand. I enjoyed the April immersion a lot as it was a great way of deepening my own practice and broadening my horizon, especially as the lifetime access allows you to take classes

Covid_19 bought Matt into my home and my yoga practice. This last month I have learn’t so much it has deepened my practice and my understanding of the anatomy & biomechanics and how we use both in every asana we practice. He has also helped in my teaching, ie asking my students to think about the foot as a tripod “big toe, pinkie toe, heel ” I never imagined I would learn so much from the immersion.
