THE 10-DAY SCHEDULE
Friday April 19 – Sunday April 28th
DAY 1
THE ESSENTIAL WARM-UP
April 19, 10 minutes of daily foundations and fundamentals to prime the body for handstand
DAY 2
LIVESTREAM WORKSHOP
April 20 at 10–11:30am EST (will be available for replay). Learn the system and drills you need.
DAY 3
ZOOM GROUP-COACHING SESSION
Get personalized feedback and guidance to set you on the course of success. “Am I doing this right” will be answered!
DAY 4
GET GROUNDED
Hands placement, wrist strengthening, forearm alignment, and everything you need to stabilize the foundation of your handstand
DAY 5
GET ALIGNED
Coordinating rib cage, core, and shoulders to maximize your handstand efficiency and refine your handstand “line”
DAY 6
GET BALANCED
Weight-shifting exercises to gain control of balance while on your hands. Drills will be provided for a students at various skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
DAY 7
CONTROLLED ENTRIES
Beginners and intermediates will utilize props and the wall to learn how to get upside down safely. Advanced practitioners will learn press handstand techniques.
DAY 8
WALL DRILLS
Beginner/intermediate wall drills that will UNDO bad habits and help you recreate your handstand.
DAY 9
DYNAMIC ENTRIES
Techniques to get into handstand without compromising alignment and form. Leg variations will be included for advanced practitioners.
DAY 10
LIVESTREAM WORKSHOP
Learn how to implement your new skills and refine, advance, and expand your handstand practice.
